    The people at Kazdin are very helpful and informative. I bring samples of my pool and hot tub water and they give me an extremely clear and detailed computer read out of exactly what I should do to fix the immediate problem and how to take care of things on a long term basis as well. Unlike other pool stores in the area, they seem happy to help with this and don't charge for this service even when you don't need to buy anything. They're a real asset.

    Installed pool heater without checking to see if there was enough gas supply. Took years of frustration to identify the problem. Then they wouldn't repair the heater because the subsequent problems may be connected to low gas supply.
